VCCU is an educational institution, duly registered with the Florida Department of Education, USA, and known as a center of excellence in online education based on modernity and innovation.
For this reason, we must add a religious modifier to our Certificates and Diplomas to comply with FLDOE regulations, including the modifier on degree titles as described in Section 1005.06(1)(f) of the Florida Statutes, in accordance with the religious institutions exempt from government oversight.

VCCU is accredited by the American Association for Higher Education (AAHE), an accrediting agency recognized under the US Department of Education (DoE). Additionally, the institution is duly registered with the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) under Document #P19000076677 and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) 37-1955767.
In accordance with Florida Statute 1005.06(1)(f), VCCU qualifies as a religious institution exempt from state oversight. To ensure full compliance with FLDOE regulations, all diplomas awarded by the institution include a religious modifier. This approach aligns with both state requirements and the institution’s mission as a religious educational entity.
