MASTER OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS LEADERSCHIP AND RELIGIOUS VALUES

PRESENTATION

The master’s degree in Business Leadership and Religious Values is a course designed to train leaders, managers, and scholars of religious institutions. The objective is to develop leadership skills in organizational environments, integrating principles of corporate governance, social responsibility and religious values in strategic management. The course offers a comprehensive approach to corporate governance practices, social responsibility, religious values, strategic management within an ecclesiastical context.

Master of Science in Business Leadership and Religious Ethics

OBJECTIVES:

The objective is the development of leadership skills in organizational environments, integrating principles of corporate governance, social responsibility and religious values in strategic management.

Line 1 – Organizational Management and Religious ValuesStudy of the influences of religious principles on business decision-making, ethical governance and sustainable organizational development.
Line 2 – Transformational Leadership and Spirituality at WorkResearch on the impact of spirituality and values-based leadership on employee motivation, engagement, and productivity.
Line 3 – Social Responsibility, Entrepreneurship and SustainabilityAnalysis of the intersection between business, ethics and social impact, considering the role of religious institutions in promoting sustainable development and entrepreneurship with purpose.

Estimated duration of 24 months. Being:

1. Stage 1 – course disciplines;
2. Stage 2 – for the preparation of the dissertation work by direct supervision;
3. The examining board takes place after the completion of the aforementioned steps. If the student does not complete the work, he will make a contractual addendum and continue to pay the course fees;
4. The student must make at least 03 (three) academic publications during the study period, which must be in journals with a relevance index.
5. The student must comply with an additional workload in the participation of academic events and continuing education and extension courses for the composition of the academic-scientific curriculum of the latter.
