The bachelor’s degree in ecclesiastical administration is a course designed to train leaders, managers and pastors of religious institutions. The aim is to train leaders and managers so that they can carry out church activities in an organized and planned way. The course offers a comprehensive approach to administrative practices, pastoral management, human resources, strategic planning and communication within an ecclesiastical context.

Bachelor of Arts in Ecclesiastical Administration and Management
Estimated duration of 48 months. Being:
● Stage 1- General courses / components;
● Stage 2- Specific courses / components and the preparation of the senior paper (dissertation or thesis) under direct guidance of an advisor;
● Stage 3- Minor courses / components;
● Stage 4- Practicum Education (internships);
● The student must complete an additional workload in participating in academic events and lifelong education and extension courses to form the academic-scientific curriculum.
